H&H Bass Club 

Paintsville Lake

Paintsville Lake is located on the eastern side of Kentucky in Johnson and Morgan counties. The lake covers 1,140 acres.

Engine power is un-restricted, but Bass have a protected slot - please visit the Kentucky Deptartment of Fish and Wildlife Resources for more information.

The club uses the State ramp during tournaments.

The parks campground has 32 RV sites with electric/water and 10 primitive camping sites - phone 606-297-8486 or 606-297-8488

Near the campground is a privately owned marina - 606-297-5253

PATOKER CAMPGROUND

Additional camp sites are available at a privately owned campground 1 mile from the lake and located 15 miles west of the dam on Route 172. I found 2 different phone numbers, unverified which is correct - 606-522-3239 or 606-522-3400.

Located about 30 minutes south of Paintsville features a larger campground, cabins and a lodge.
